Summary: Everything was perfect (room was ready so early check-in, room and bathroom clean and spotless) until we asked for a kettle. €5 rental fee for a plastic white kettle which could not have been worth €10. We were surprised so confirmed that it was to hire and not just a bond… Not a lot of money but really?
